Thanks, the market is terrible here even when the economy is good, so it's really bad now! It has been on the market for about 8 months now and not a single person has looked at it. They Realtor called one day and said have it ready for viewing, but then called and said those folks didn't qualify for a loan, so never mind. When we bought it there weren't too many houses on the market and now there are about 12. It's tiny town of only about 1000, so it's kind of a saturated market.
Such a cute house! That stinks about the market, though--hard to stay in a relationship with a house that you've already broken up with. Sending good prospect thoughts your way!
